“The weather got cold on Monday, and I woke up and turned the heat on only to find the furnace was not producing heat. In a mild panic, I did some calling around and spoke with several companies before calling Redline.

I got in touch with Jackie from Redline, and I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, cheerful, and helpful she was! She was able to schedule someone to come to the house in two days, instead of the 10+ days like everyone else I had talked with. Jackie’s positivity was infectious, and speaking with her put me in a much better mood.

Two days later, Derek showed up on my doorstep. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the issue quickly, and he thoroughly explained exactly what was happening. He shared some great suggestions on how to maintain it and what to look for in the future.
